Possible state aid repayment as a result of tax rulings could be "material" says Apple
If the European Commission finds against Ireland in its investigation into possible state aid given to US based technology company Apple, any resulting state aid repayment by Apple could be “material”, the company said in a filing this week to the US Securities and Exchange Commission.
